NJ Key Points

  • Reserve Studies for community associations are required at least every five (5) years.
    ​

  • Reserve Study reports must meet the CAI National Reserve Study Standards, and must be completed by a designated Reserve Specialist (RS) or a licensed New Jersey Professional Engineer (PE).​
     

  • Applies to community associations with at least $25,000 in common assets.
