Our expertise.
Our reserve study experts maintain the Reserve Specialist (RS) designation awarded through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). The RS designation is awarded to qualified reserve specialists who, through years of specialized experience, can help ensure that community associations prepare their reserve budget as accurately as possible.
While not required for reserve studies, we pride ourselves on holding Professional Engineering licenses in states throughout the Mid Atlantic and New England regions. We stamp each of our final products so you can be sure they are backed not only by qualified reserve specialists, but also by the expertise of a professional engineer (PE).
