Then, a detailed, yet easy to read, report is compiled that explains the capital expenditures the association should plan to fund over the next 30 years. Our funding recommendations aim to eliminate the need for special assessments and loans, so you can be confident in a predictable monthly, quarterly, or annual contribution into your reserve funding account.
